You are unable to delete users on your account. However you can deactivate their logins in the 'manage users' tab on the top left drop down.

Orders
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order acknowledgement, this will be followed by your despatch note. On the despatch note there will be a tracking link for DPD where you can track the status of your parcel.
No there are no minimum order requirements. Orders placed under £150 will incur a delivery charge and orders over this threshold are free.
Yes. You can add stock that is not available and our customer service team will be in touch to keep you up to date on it's arrival.

Own collection orders can be collected the day after ordering at 10am or later. Please collect from the 'goods out' door situated on site at our warehouse. If you require your parcel more urgently, please contact our customer service team on 0800 652 1234.
Payments and Invoicing
You can pay for your orders on our website using all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express at the time of purchase.
If you want to pay your account balance you can do this via. phone, email link, BACS and cheque.
You will receive your invoice within 48 hours after your order is despatched.

Delivery
Yes. If you are local to our HQ in Livingston you can choose 'Own Collection' at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection the next day after 10am at the 'Goods Out Door' at our warehouse. If you require an urgent pick up you can contact a member of our customer service team on 0800 652 1234.
Yes. You will receive a despatch note and on there will be a link to track your parcel via DPD.
Yes. On the delivery options at checkout you can select 'Unbranded Delivery' this removes any Prestige Leisure branding from the documents in your chosen delivery.
Returns
Yes. Go to the footer of the website and click 'returns'. Fill in and submit the form, and a member of our team will be in touch shortly after to confirm your return.
You have 3 months to return your goods after your return has been processed. This is stated on your Goods Authorisation document that was sent to your email provided.
Once your return has been processed it will be refunded via the method you used to pay for it or if you are an credit customer it will be added to your account balance.
Yes. We charge a 10% restocking fee for our normal returns process but any faulty returns there is no fee.
Stock
No. Please also note, stock added to your basket without checkout is not reserved.
Yes. You can view how many garments a supplier stocks next to our stock levels on the products selection page.
Yes. If there is a garment out of stock that you need, we can source it in from the brand and other suppliers with out you having to pay multiple delivery fees. This is not guaranteed and will depend on their stock levels too. If you require a brand that we do not stock we can also source this in for you.
