We don't have a minimum order quantity, and we have the facility for free delivery for orders that meet our threshold criteria.

To request a return, simply go to the Goods Return Form insuring all fields are filled out and send to sales@prestigeleisure.com. Customer service will authorise your return and issue you with a returns number. You cannot return anything until you have this number. 


Alternatively if the goods have been sent to you by mistake you can contact our customer service team and they will organise collection for the items. 

Yes! You can add to your order all day until it is loaded. This will cost you no extra carriage charges.

The minimum spend for free carriage is £150 online, £250 if order is placed via phone or email.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a tracking number from our courier. This tracking number will only be sent to one email address. If you require the tracking but do not have the email you can call our customer service team and they will assist you with tracking enquiries. 

Depending on which delivery carrier your order has been sent on, you can independently track your order or our Customer Service Team can do this for you.

Our Customer Service team can look to source this item for you. If this proves unsuccessful, we can place this item on back order status for you and provide you with regular updates on when we will be able to ship this item to you.

No. Your default address will be saved for you but you cannot change this address on our website. Although our friendly customer service team are on hand to make any changes for you.

It is however possible to add an alternative delivery addresses for your orders.

 

If you need to make changes or cancel your order you can call our customer service team and if your order has not been picked ready for shipping they will assist you in making amendments. If the order is already loaded we are afraid there can be no changes made.

You can apply for a credit facilitated account with us by downloading our Application Form and returning it to us hand signed. Our Credit Control department will liaise with our trusted partners to determine the outcome and you will then receive the decision in writing.

You can create a favourites list and add as many items as you like. You can then select products from your favourites list to order, or transfer your whole favourites list directly in to your basket to order.

Yes! You can add required addresses to your account on the website. You can also request that there is no Prestige branding on your deliveries to addresses other than your default address.

We know that with such a vast range of products, finding the right one your customer is looking for can sometimes prove challenging. Our Customer Service Team is more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect garments to fulfil your requirements.

All of the images on our website are available to download for business to business use and can be freely used within the time frame indicated. Some brands ask that lifestyle images are not used for business to consumer purposes. Please contact marketing@prestigeleisure.com for more information. Please refer to our image use policy.

If you have a credit account with us, you can place orders and charge the balance to your account without needing to enter any payment details, as long as you stay within your account limits. However, if you prefer to pay for your order on a pro forma basis, we require payment details to be entered at checkout for each transaction to ensure your information is secure. 

You can request brand brochures and swatch cards from our Customer Service team. Anything we do not have in stock we can request from the brands.

You are able to collect an order from our distribution facility the next day between the hours of 10am and 4pm. You will be advised of a time to collect by the customer service team. Please also be prepared to quote your order number upon arrival.
