Promoting the Success of the Company

The director acknowledges his duty under s172 of the Companies Act 2006 and considers that he has acted in the way that in good faith, would be most likely to promote the success of the group for the benefit of its members.

Engagement with Employees

The group is of a size that supports a flat organisational structure and so always allows immediate and direct access for all employees to senior management. In addition, there are regular meetings with staff, communication by email as well as more formal structures such as appraisals.

Engagement with Stakeholders

The group's key internal and external stakeholders are their employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and other relevant business partners. The director, upheld these relationships with the greatest importance; the interest and welfare of all the group's stakeholders are at the centre of his decision-making processes, as is the aim to promote the success of the group for the benefit of all stakeholders. The director believes that the group's actions in relation to achieving its strategic objectives are in line with the interest of its employees and the group's desire to foster positive business relationships with customers, suppliers and other relevant business partners.

The group has a policy of fairness to all suppliers with the timeous payment of invoices. The group protects the financial interest of customers this ensures customer funds are only used on supplying them with their desired products. Further to this, when a refund is requested, it can be rendered immediately.

Social, Environmental and Ethical Matters

The group believes that by operating in an ethical and socially responsible manner it will help to preserve the environment. The director, believes such an ethical commitment is integral to forging an efficient and profitable business management approach, and recognise that success in these areas depends on the involvement and commitment of everyone in the organisation. The group supports causes it believes are beneficial to the local community and the environment. Amongst other things, the group contributes to various charities which helps the disadvantaged and people in need.
