Our EDI service currently supports electronic order placement, making it quicker and easier for you to send orders straight from your system to ours. This means no manual entry, fewer mistakes, and faster processing. Because your order reaches us instantly, we can allocate stock sooner, helping ensure you get the products you need, when you need them.
EDI is usually quick to set up - typically just a few hours - although every implementation is a little different. We will work at your pace, and if needed, we can arrange a short IT discovery call over Teams to make sure everything connects smoothly.
No. We do not charge for the setup, consultation or any of the support that might be required.
Yes, absolutely! This would require a different approach and a slightly longer onboarding process, but this is something we can, and do, offer.
Complex username / password upload via FTP at the moment, with whitelisting for static IP addresses where appropriate. We are working through our roadmap to improve this service and will be moving to sFTP / API type EDI in the near future.
